How to Use
Massage a small amount into sore muscles, joints, neck, shoulders, back, legs, or feet as needed. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. Wash hands after application.

What to do about melting?
Body butters, salves and lip balms: Because we don’t use any preservatives in our products, they will melt in high heat. The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting. If your product is melted, simply place it in the refrigerator. It may change the consistency of the product, but not the quality.
During hot weather, we do our best to prevent melting during transit. However, we can not completely control the high heat of trunks, mailboxes and porches.

I used this for the first time today, and with constant shoulder and neck aches.. this worked immediately ❤️ this is a huge game changer for me and I cannot begin to express how much I love this stuff. Natural ingredients is the way to go! We've used Arnica gel in this house before with boys and sports along with injuries, but this is amazing! I've been suffering for months with my neck and shoulder. This is a life saver and I didn't need any Tylenol today!
Bought this for my husband, for Christmas, who is always complaining about his back. The first time he used it said it worked great! He loved the “icy hot” effect it gave. He was so impressed I tried it on my knee/leg that I’ve been having some issues with. It really does work great! And the best part is the clean ingredients.
