Jojoba oil- carrier oil

Lavender- Breathing in the scent of lavender essential oil can help the management of migraine attacks.

Frankincense- has anti-inflammatory properties, making it effective in reducing the pain and swelling associated with headaches.

Rosemary- improves circulation which can help with headaches.
