Allergy Bundle

Muscle Magic rub (2 oz. jar)- May be used as an all-natural vapor rub. Contains menthol, which helps to open up sinuses. 

Recommended use: Place the shower steamer on your shower floor away from the direct stream of water. Allow to get wet. Breath deeply. CAUTION: DO NOT USE AS A BATH BOMB!! KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

Rub the headache blend on your forehead, temples and sinuses. Rub on clean hands, cup around nose and mouth and breathe deeply. 

Rub a small amount of the muscle magic on your chest, cup hands around nose and mouth and breathe deeply. Wash hands when done.
